He has authored and co-authored more than 200 international journal and conference papers in the broad area of circuits and systems, as well as one book and one book chapter. He is also the recipient of several research awards. His research interests lie in the design of, and design methodologies for analogue integrated circuits. Mustafa Berke Yelten is an assistant professor in the department of Electronics and Communications Engineering, Istanbul Technical University, Turkey. He previously worked as a quality and reliability research engineer in Intel Corporation between 2011 and 2015. As a senior member of IEEE, he has been a technical program committee member of several IEEE conferences. His research interests include the design, optimization, and modeling of nanoscale transistors and the design of analog/RF integrated circuits.
