He has a broad range of knowledge about Microsoft operating systems, Active Directory, Office 365, Azure AD, Windows PowerShell, networking and security. In recognition of his community contributions, he received the Microsoft MVP award for Exchange Server from 2012-2015. His longtime experience as a Microsoft Certified Trainer (MCT) and consultant enables Mr. Wright to provide practical advice and relevant content to a wide variety of organizations. Most of his current projects are implementations of Microsoft cloud services that include identity management and email migration. In addition he occasionally teaches management information systems courses for the Asper School of Business at the University of Manitoba. Leon Plesniarski is an information technology architect who has been building with Microsoft products for many decades. While his formal training was in computer and electrical engineering, he has since applied his skills primarily to aligning Microsoft-based technology with business needs.
