OverviewThe study determined the microbiological quality of street foods particularly the presence of coliform bacteria that will make foods unsuitable for human consumption. This study was conducted for the reason that many people from all walks of life around the world, are fond of consuming street foods since they are more affordable than restaurant foods and can be consumed even when you are just walking or in public vehicles, but there is no assurance on the safety of the foods.The result of the study could serve as basis in making mechanisms on food safety of these type of foods and to prevent possible acquisition of food-borne diseases.
