OverviewThis book, Mentoring: A Tool for Leadership Development, is based on the thesis I wrote for a Masters Degree in Governance and Leadership (MGL). I am therefore grateful to all my lecturers at the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).
