Prof. E. Scott ‘Scotty’ Dunlap is a Professor in the School of Safety, Security, and Emergency Management at Eastern Kentucky University, USA. He had a 15-year career in practice prior to entering academia, including safety roles in residential mental health, warehousing and distribution, and agriculture settings.
