Little Dino, the young Tyrannosaurus, isn't at all scary, unlike the dinosaurs that you may have seen in the movies. His friends are very approachable, too - including a red Triceratops, a blue Brontosaurus, and an orange Stegosaurus. There's even a dinosaur with orange stripes and green circles! Other shades demonstrated by Little Dino and his chums include yellow sand, an orange balloon, brown cookies and a pink cake. Later pages invite readers to point to the red dinosaurs and to name all the colours shown.
