She is the clinical director of Montgomery Child and Family Health Services in Maryland. She lives in Bethesda, Maryland. Sam Goldstein, PhD, is a clinical instructor in the Department of Psychiatry at the University of Utah School of Medicine. He lives in Salt Lake City, Utah.
