'Living a Perfect You', is a collection of short stories, stress relief techniques, faith-based songs, poetry and health tips. It is a survival guide for living a faith based life with narrative on recognising low moods, menopausal issues and keeping rejuvenated and motivated. I was compelled and I knew I had to write a faith-based book. I have strong beliefs and it is through my faith in God that I have been able to complete Living a PERFECT you. It took me years to answer to the call to complete this book. Once I had identified what my issue was and set down to write the book the inspirations kept flowing and I ended up with a melting-pot of faith based reflections for living which includes short stories, poetry, and healthy living tips. It has everything one need for motivation in todays challenging world and more. I hope this book will be beneficial to many in a holistic way, while embracing the mind body and soul. Within the book are stories associated with everyday life including the menopause, stress relief and love. This book is a compelling read. This collection also embraces issues of service to God and others including stress management and methods for coping.
