Author Information

Joaquin Benitez migrated to Calgary, Alberta in the mid 80's during one of the worst recessions that the province had experienced up to that time. After arriving in Calgary, he pursued a career in engineering. It was during this time that he became interested in real estate investing and learned how to buy, sell and flip properties. Also, how to successfully anticipate the moves of the real estate market, the market cycles and trends and how to use this information to spot great investment opportunities as well as determining the best time to get out. The knowledge and experience that he acquired as an investor is serving him well in his new career as a real estate agent. He is carving a niche for himself in the real estate market by educating homeowners on how to improve the value of their properties by using strategic upgrades and staging techniques that would enable homeowners to sell their homes quickly and for top dollar.
