Joaquin Benitez migrated to Calgary, Alberta in the mid 80's during one of the worst recessions that the province had experienced up to that time. After arriving in Calgary, he pursued a career in engineering. It was during this time that he became interested in real estate investing and learned how to buy, sell and flip properties.
