Overview

In this hopefully wildly, whimsically, and inspirational book, you as reader will be exposed to what may be called the science of the infinite. Herein lies the joyful reunion to childhood wonderment for all folks who bemoan the notion that the speed of light is the absolute limit for energy transport and signal propagation. In reality, I as the author have compiled numerous arguments that even though perhaps light-speed is indeed the limit, it may not matter a whim. In fact, our ability to travel may ironically be much more enhanced as a result. In college, you may have heard phrases such as infinities do not commute and the like. Well! If the universe is infinite and if there are indeed an infinite number of universes as a growing number of theorist propose, then nature commutes infinities if for no other reason that such infinities would de facto exist in concrete physical realities. Since nature may support and include untold infinities of universes, multiverses, and the like, I argue herein that perhaps gamma factors or time dilation factors of untold infinities upon infinites are plausible. So, a light-speed limit only allows the crew of a starship to in principle travel an infinite distance in one minisucle Planck Time Unit in the ship frame and an infinite number of years into the future during the same tiny temporal interval. So, delve in and read how we may at some almost impossibly distant future time attain infinite time dilation factors and truly light-speed inertial travel through space. Thus, this book is not for the faint of heart.
