Author Information

Darwin P. Kal was born, raised and educated in the City of Chicago. He was an infant during the 1929-1939 Great Depression era. He grew up in the shadows of poverty. He saw and experienced breadlines. He saw the many family hardships caused by the lack of employment. Because of these early experiences, the Author realized how difficult Life was and at an early age determined he would make this world a better place. As a husband, a parent, a grandfather and a great grandfather, he has dedicated his Life to fulfilling that dream. He holds an AB Degree from the University of Chicago and LLB and JD Degrees from the Chicago Kent College of Law. He has done advanced study at the University of Chicago, the University of Illinois, and Harvard. He is a veteran of the Korean War.
