Overview

Many consumers have lost confidence in the real estate market. Let's Buy A House is the first book on home ownership from the real estate appraiser's perspective detailing all aspects of the home from the land up, the components of home value, how to buy and sell, and why home ownership is still a critical part of lifetime planning. This is so much more than a book on buying and selling a home. It moves beyond current market fluctuations, and refocuses the reader on the home as shelter and a lifetime investment. This book addresses itself to the fundamentals of home ownership with the goal of having the primary residence paid off at retirement.
