It is an excellent tool for coaching (one on one and group). Readers will be challenged along the way through the process of learning how to apply seven key principles as they begin to move forward. Remember, destiny is not fate. The choices you make, on a daily basis, support the fact that destiny involves choice much more than it involves chance.
