Legal Terminology with Flashcards, third edition transforms the student into someone who is proficient in the language of law: communicating correctly to clients, lawyers, judges, and the police. As a text focusing exclusively on terminology, Ms. Okrent's text is outstanding...I like the variety of exercises included in the text: the students would get a great deal of practice with the terms. Most of the students I had when I taught with this book said they used those flashcards and that's how they really learned the legal terms...The case application section was something I always assigned for each unit. The flashcards are excellent and a very useful addition to the book...It would be of immense value...to make the CD audible/playable that states and defines the words audibly.
