Overview

This anthology presents current results from interdisciplinary Caucasus research. The focus is on contributions from the fields of linguistics, history and ethnology. All authors have a close relationship with the outstanding Caucasus researcher Kevin Tuite, whose life's work is honored with this publication. In addition to established scientists who have shaped Caucasus research over the last few decades, the younger generation of researchers also have their say here, as do specialists from the region. As a result, this book presents the latest findings on the languages, cultures and history of the Caucasus region.
