Krav Maga is a modern and proven self-defence system. Easy to learn because it is based on natural reflexes, it is extremely efficient to use against one or more attackers. Author Information

Carsten Draheim is considered one of the most experienced and successful Krav Maga instructors. He is the owner of the Krav Maga Institute, one of the largest Krav Maga schools in Europe, and is a founding member of the internationally active KRAVolution Krav Maga Association. KRAVolution comprises a team more than 150 trainers and schools worldwide and is the official trainer of the French Foreign Legion. Appointed by the German Ministry of Defence, Carsten and his team of instructors support police and military members in the field of professionally related close combat, arrest, and self-defence techniques. He also teaches men, women, and children in civil self-defence.
