The author is a licensed attorney with a very successful 45 year career in law, finance and tax. He worked with many of the largest companies across the United States and around the world. He also taught over 150 law and finance courses as an adjunct professor at several universities during the last 20 years. His teaching, presentation, and lecture experience added to his understanding of law and the need to share its role and value in our society. He wrote this book to spread the legal word.
