Avigail is on the Dharma path since 2004 and started teaching mindfulness meditation in 2009 in prison than continued teaching Dharma in many forms all over the world. She volunteers with cancer patients and uses the Buddhist teaching to support any encounter with sorrow and grief as well as joyous moments.
