Overview

For 20 years Avigail, an accomplished writer, has been following the Buddha's steps. Now forced to be in India as she escapes the war in Israel she gives her insights of the Buddha's teachings- the Dharma- through personal poetry. Poems that touch the essence of the way of freeing your mind-body through non-attachment and clinging. Poems that seek for beauty and appreciation in human kind and nature by ceasing the constant fight against them, against ourselves. Coming from a Jewish home, from the Hebrew language the poems have a simple yet rich language that can touch every person who is curios to learn how love is the expression of liberation.
