I, Joseph A. Leonard, was born on March 4, 1944, I started to train in Martial Arts in 1958. After having over 50 Years of Martial Arts Experience in Bridgeport Conn., including 15 Months over Sea in India, I Started to Teach Martial Arts and Exercise Classes in Bridgeport Conn. 1969, I opened my first Martial Arts and exercise School on St. Thomas V.I. in 1975. I decided to publish this exercise book that it may help other Martial Artist and Individuals who are involved in Athletic sports Activities and Gymnasiums. The exercises in this Book will help to increase body Flexibility, Timing, Speed, Strength, Balance and Focus, Martial Artist, Non Martial Artist, Artist, Youths and Senior Citizens. The exercises illustrated in this Book should be practiced at less 10 -15 minutes, three times a week and increase the time and repetition with Flexibility and Muscle Development. Exercising on a Daily Bases will help to reduce High Blood pressure, Drop Sugar Level, Improve Heart Condition, Reduce Joint pain, Lose Body Weight and inches around your waist giving you that shape you been looking for. Exercise and Good Daily Nutritional Diet will help you to live a much better heather life.
