Joanne Marziani has worked as an educator since 1980 and has been a reading specialist for the last 20 years. She loves to develop a passion for reading in her students by connecting them to books they will love! Josh Loves Football is her first book. She wrote it because many of her football-playing students wanted to read more books about football but found many of those already published were too difficult. Joanne Marziani lives with her husband of 50 years in St. Augustine, Florida. James Nuzum has created expressive illustrations that offer a moving interpretation of Josh's love for football and desire to be a team player. Josh Loves Football is the first children's book he has illustrated. James works as an architect, and lives with his wife and two daughters in Boston, Massachusetts.
