Chirp Magazine is based in Toronto. Bob Kain was the illustrator of Chirp Magazine from the debut issue in 1997 until 2010. He graduated from the Ontario College of Art and New York City's School of Visual Arts. Kain ran an animation studio for over thirty years, and he continues to teach cartooning to kids.
