Overview

In 1974, Seattle, Washington was shocked by a series of brutal sexual assaults and two grisly murders. When the perpetrator was finally caught, he would be tried and convicted for the murders of two young girls. Jim Ruzicka, over the period of six years, became comfortable speaking about the exact details of each murder and what caused him to commit such violent and heinous acts of violence. Anthony Meoli has been studying crime and contacting serial killers for over 30 years. He has written to over 130 serial killers and personally visited over a dozen serial killers and murderers. Anthony holds four degrees including a B.S. in Administration of Justice, a MA in Forensic Psychology, a MA in Clinical Psychology and a Jurist Doctorate (J.D.).
