Author Information

Rosemary Healing spent part of her childhood in Japan before coming back to the UK and subsequently studying music. After being a successful music teacher for the majority of her career, she did a degree in Japanese at SOAS and subsequently a MA in advanced Japanese studies at Sheffield University. Her long teaching experience makes her an ideal person to set out the basics of the Japanese language.
