She spends much of her time searching for the perfect doughnut and thinking about magic. Nandini lives with her husband in a cozy apartment, where they drink lots of coffee. Catalina Echeverri was born in Bogota, Colombia, in 1986. She has a BA in graphic design from the Accademia di Comunicazione (Milano, Italy) and an MA in children's book illustration from Cambridge School of Art, ARU (Cambridge, UK). Catalina likes to write and illustrate her own stories. She is currently working on picture books with both Random House and Bloomsbury Press. Her work has been selected to feature in the Best of British Illustration catalogue in 2012, published by the AOI (Association of Illustrators).
