Lawrence A. Herzog is a Professor in the Graduate Program in City Planning, School of Public Affairs, San Diego State University, California, USA. He is also a consultant and writer specializing in planning, sustainable development, and urban design in the United States, Mexico, and Latin America. He has written or edited ten books on urban planning, design and, global/cross-border development. Keith J. Hayward is Professor of Criminology, and Deputy Director of Learning and Teaching, in the School of Social Policy, Sociology and Social Research at the University of Kent, Canterbury, UK. He is author, co-author, and editor of ten books, including Cultural Criminology: An Invitation (2015).
