OverviewThis text discusses a range of industrial relations and common law jurisdictions, to study employment disputes in the European Union civil service and their resolution in accordance with the Treaties and Staff Regulations by the European Court. The vast reported case law is discussed, extracting the essential nature and principles of law developed by the Court of Justice and, after 1989, by the Court of First Instance.
