She holds a PhD in Psychology, a PhD in Management, a Doctorate in Political Sciences and a Venia Legendi in Psychology with focus on Work, Organisational, and Cultural Psychology. She is a Systemic Therapist and a Professional Intercultural Mediator and has published extensively.
