Margaret Brooks is Senior Lecturer, Early Childhood Education, School of Education, Faculty of the Arts, Education, and Social Sciences, University of New England, NSW, Australia. For the past five years Margaret has also worked on four consultancies for UNICEF and Save the Children for early childhood education in Bhutan. Her art projects tend to focus on social or environmental issues, and she has undertaken several multi-dimensional projects where she has used the arts for research and produced art works for public exhibition, involving young children, art museums, and communities in the process.
