Reviews

It gives me much pleasure to endorse this work, the progress of which I had the privilege of following from time to time and with great interest. Information Communication Technology is of great importance to Africa nay, developing countries of the world. The fifteen-chapter piece is a work that cannot fail to provoke thought; written positively yet with restraint, it makes a balanced presentation of the various topics that it deals with and comes to conclusions that are defensible even where controversial. I recommend this textbook very highly.--Christian Nwachukwu Okeke, professor of law and director of the LLM and SJD international programs in international legal studies at Golden Gate University School of Law
