During the ownership and development of the project, he keeps his partners informed of all important decisions to be made. Alan is a consensus builder and seeks input from partners on an individual basis, and then with the entire group around key decisions. And when it comes time to exit projects, Alan's years of real estate experience is evident as he has a great sense for when to be patient with the market, and when to move aggressively to close a transaction. He always has his partner's interests in mind and is sensitive to the different financial interests of each partner.
