Dr Vic Benuyenah is a business psychologist with a background in economics theory. He is an Editorial Board Member of Management Decisions and serves on the Editorial Advisory Panel of the Journal of Work-Applied Management. In addition, he holds the position of Associate Editor for the Journal of Research in Innovative Teaching & Learning and the Springer Journal of Humanities and Social Sciences Communications. Dr Benuyenah is an expert in recruitment theory and labour market studies. Currently, he serves as the MBA Programme Director at the University of Birmingham while also teaching selected modules in the MSc HRM programme.
