A really big hug from someone who loves you? That's how Bobo, the little chimp in this book, feels. The Guardian Beautifully illustrated story of a baby chimp looking for love. A must for the very young. Almost wordless, the expressions tell their own story. Heartwarming. Sunday Mirror Through beautifully drawn pictures, we discover a little monkey who needs something very special. There is no text, because this story is skilfully told through the colour pictures that take us on a journey through the jungle meeting the animals, from elephants and giraffes to snakes and lions. It gives the opportunity to explain to children how parents feel when their children get lost. The elephants do their best to comfort and help the little lost monkey but they cannot quite understnad what is missing. Eventually, they realize that it's one important animal. As his name booms out from the nearby forest, Bobo's tears disappear and he runs as fast as he can towards the anxious sound. He grins from ear to ear and Bobo and his mum give each other the biggest hug ever. Everyone is so happy that little lost Bobo is reunited with his mum that they all stand together and shout HUG!
