I am a 7th Grade ELA teacher who teaches students of ALL levels (gen ed, honors, special ed, ELLs). This book contains information that can help literally ANY student successfully write a 5 paragraph essay. -Erin Ehrola I wish there would have been a book like this ten years ago when I came to study in this country. As a non-native English speaker, I struggled for years to understand how to write a five-paragraph essay, especially when I was in community college. This book seems to not only have the answers to the million questions students might have but a step-by-step guide for the students to learn this process. -Colorspot39 The author includes practice exercises with graphic organizers, helpful charts, quizzes, visuals, answer keys and just plain down to earth writing. It is extremely easy to follow and understand. She breaks everything down into a simple step by step process so that writing an essay will not be such an overwhelming process for our kiddos! -Graham I truly believe that this book has provided a way for me to help my students be more motivated to write. It's not boring content. I absolutely enjoyed the book and it has helped me tremendously with a way to present and implement the writing process to unmotivated students.
