"Cary Millsap spent the 1990s learning a lifetime's worth of technical and political lessons as a consultant for Oracle Corporation. By 1999, he had amassed an impressive personal track record with about a hundred different customers, while building and training a team of eighty-five elite performance specialists that Oracle deployed to help hundreds more customers worldwide.
