How I go To Sleep! An illustrated children's book to help families with children ages 0-4 to build bedtime routines and sleep in their own room with confidence. Give your little one the support and love they need during self-sleeping training in their room. How I go To Sleep! is an engaging guide where your child will be the main character of the story. The photos that you will place in the book give a very special and fun touch to the story, and your child will be able to see the routine more easily. Remember that the success of creating a routine with the little one is consistency and repetition. How I Go to Sleep! It includes: Creating memories with your family: you will find seven beautiful frames to place photos of your children's routine. Personalize the story: you will find several spaces where you can write your little one's name, making him/her the author of the story. Version for boys and girls: two versions are available, for boys and girls, where each child will feel comfortable with the images. Help regulate their emotions at night: Help your child develop an ability to create good sleeping habits, to consciously regulate emotions at night, and anticipate everything that is going to happen. We comply with The American Academy of Pediatrics standards: to create the illustrations of the crib where your little one sleeps; all the images are following the standards where your baby should not have anything additional in the crib. This includes a sleeping bag (not a blanket) and a lovey (only for babies over 1 year of age). This helps parents avoid confusion with the little ones in the illustrations and gives peace to the parents. Age-appropriate content: Get your little ones interested in the bedtime story with its healthy and loving routines from the parents. Image Style: Easy to understand and pleasing to the eye. Perfect for their age. Favorite moment of the day: watch how your little one enjoys feeling safe in his or her routine, where those will be some of the favorite books that mom and dad want to read together, and your little one can go to sleep happy and safe.
