A direct student of Hanshi R.Sato in the art of Shotokan earning the rank and title of Renshi 6th Dan Black Belt certified by the Japanese Ministry of Martial Arts (Butokukai) Certified 6th Dan black Belt in Aikido under Doshu M. Ueshiba in Aikido from the Hombu Dojo and ranks in various other arts such as Wado Ryu under the famous Hanshi Walter Todd, and a Yudanshya Ranking certificate under Sandai Kichu Shihan Joe Miller from the Hakko Ryu Hombu Dojo.
