Author Information

Dr. Seth Spaulding is a former Director of the Institute for International Studies in Education at the University of Pittsburgh, and now serves as Senior Advisor. He has been a Principal Director in the Education Sector of UNESCO and Director of UNESCO's International Bureau of Education in Geneva, Switzerland. Lin Lin is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Administrative and Policy Studies in the School of Education, University of Pittsburgh.
