Items include relevant people (both homosexual and anti-homosexual), notable events, nations and regions, organizations, policies, social and legal issues, religious viewpoints, pertinent court cases, and more. Readers will find the dictionary's entries to be useful summaries of major homosexual themes across time and space. Brent L. Pickett is a professor of political science and dean at the University of Wyoming. He has also served as a visiting professor at institutions in China, Germany, and the Republic of Georgia.
