He is a Visiting Professor Salford and St. Etienne Universities. He has managed corporate research laboratories in the UK, US, and Germany. Charles G. Crawford (Washington, DC) is the Co-founder of Television Production Services (TPS) and Heritage Series, LLC, production companies specializing in interactive disc production and development. He authored the original operating manuals for Matsushita/Panasonics award-winning DVD authoring system, and has won three Emmy awards for his technical and directorial expertise. Chris Armbrust (Pasadena, CA) is a leader in the development and implementation of new digital media. As president and founder of Marin Digital, Chris produced over 1100 different DVD titles. In the fall of 2005, he joined Technicolor Creative Services in Burbank as Senior Process Engineer to define, develop and implement their new encoding, authoring and mastering processes for the next generation of DVDs (BluRay and HD DVD).
