Der Autor: Lothar Beinke, geboren 1931, studierte in Münster und Mannheim Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Soziologie und Wirtschaftspädagogik. Sowohl die Promotion zum Dr. sc. pol. als auch die Habilitation erfolgten in Münster. Der Autor hatte Professuren in Kassel und Gießen inne. 1996 wurde er emeritiert. Seine Forschungsschwerpunkte sind Berufswahl, Betriebspraktika, Mädchen in Männerberufen und Arbeitslehredidaktik.
