She has worked as a college English teacher, small press publisher, graphic designer, and journalist. Her writing has been published in a variety of literary journals, magazines, blogs, and anthologies. Her nonfiction book, From School to Homeschool (Great Potential Press) was published in 2012. In 2016, she published her chapter book, Hanna, Homeschooler, through her small press, Chatoyant. Suki also teaches writing, literature, and education classes for children and adults.
