Professor Jean Hillier is Associate Dean, Sustainability and Urban Planning at RMIT University, Australia, Emma Rooksby is based in the Centre for Applied Philosophy and Public Ethics (an ARC-funded special research centre) at Charles Sturt University, Australia.
