He belongs to a long list of Sikh devotees dating back to Lakhi Nakeya; who honored 9th Sikh guru, Guru Tegh Bahadur by cremating his corpse by setting his own house on fire. His journey started with his grandfather Tara Singh who was very close to him. However, his journey took a different route in 1994 after the death of his wife Rajwant Kaur. He was disappointed from religious practice by Sikh religion Organizations in USA. He studied and analyzed The Torah, The New Bible, Buddha and Hindu Holy Scripture for 3 years. All scriptures were pointing to similar thoughts his great grandfather Arjan Singh instilled in him. In 1997, he started reading and analyzing The Guru Granth Sahib to create spiritual meanings in Punjabi and English translation to share with new generation. By His mercy and grace! The spiritual meanings of The Sikh Holy Scripture, Guru Granth Sahib were completed in 2017 in Punjabi.
