He obtained his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University) Varanasi. His doctoral research was on biological synthesis of silver and gold nanoparticles and their environmental and biological applications. His research interests are on green nanomaterials, including metal nanoparticles and carbon quantum dots and their environmental applications. Dr. Pardeep Singh is presently an assistant professor in the Department of Environmental Studies at PGDAV College, University of Delhi, India. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University). His research interests are in the areas of waste management, photocatalysis, and bioremediation. Dr. Devendra Kumar Singh is currently working as an assistant professor in the Department of Chemistry, Govt. P. G. College Amarpatan, M.P., India. He obtained his Ph.D. from the Department of Chemistry, Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi, India.
