Dr. Cynthia L. Chess is a multi-gifted minister, leader, entrepreneur, coach, and influencer who has transformed lives worldwide. She is the Pastor and Founder of Mountain's Hope Community Worship Center - one church in three locations, the President and Founder of Victory Over Individual Challenges, Inc., and the Executive Director and Founder of both C. L. Chess Ministries and Glory to Glory International Ministries. As an equipping Apostle, God has commissioned and anointed Dr. Chess to plant, multiply, lead, and oversee an apostolic network of churches, ministries, businesses, and leaders. She is the recipient of numerous awards and recognitions which extend to a national level. In 2019, Dr. Chess received her Doctorate in Theology (ThD).
