Gil has a clear and detail-oriented understanding of how SMBs navigate the world of government and economic incentives. - Antonio Villaraigosa, Former Mayor of Los Angeles Government incentives should not be ignored by entrepreneurs and business leaders as they can materially add value to any business by increasing the business' ability to invest in growth. - Mario Spanicciati, Chief Strategy Officer, Black Line From the perspective of a former serial entrepreneur - as well as an economic developer who works in many different states - I find it so refreshing to read a publication about incentives that was written specifically to help small and medium-sized businesses. These businesses are the backbone of the economy and they seldom get the full attention that larger businesses receive for incentives. I really appreciate the state-by-state listing of available programs, as well as the list of federal resources. The depth of research Gil did is a terrific service. - Lynn A. Knight, Vice President of Knowledge Management & Development, International Economic Development Council Government incentives aren't just for big businesses - Gil has assembled a much needed book to help small and medium businesses navigate the process and access these programs. - Ken Donnell, Owner, MiniFlex Microphone
