He is the President of Fargo-based Sonic Tremor Media. Troy spent over 20 years traveling the country in the radio industry before returning to Fargo in 2002. He founded Ghosts of North Dakota with his friend Terry Hinnenkamp, and they have published four hardcover coffee table books as part of the project- Ghosts of North Dakota, Volumes 1 through 3, and Churches of the High Plains. His most recent book, Fargo Moorhead Lost and Found, a book about the visual history of Fargo, was published in April 2016.Terry Hinnenkamp is a husband and dad, full-time radio personality in Fargo, plus photographer and antique-hound. Terry is a native Fargoan who spent several years living and backpacking through Europe before returning to Fargo in 2003. Terry is the Vice-President of Sonic Tremor Media and partner and co-author/photographer of the Ghosts of North Dakota and Churches of the High Plains coffee table book.
