Overview

This Textbook provides the final wording of the draft of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as passed by the EU Trilogue on December 15, 2015 and backed by Civil Liberties MEPs on December 17, 2015. This is not the official text of the GDPR; the European Parliament is said to finally decide and vote on the GDPR in spring 2016, and hopefully the numbering will be revised before. You may as download the full draft of the GDPR on the internet legally and free of charge. The sole advantage of this textbook is to have a softcover copy at hand. -- Dieses Textbuch enthalt den finalen Text des Entwurfes der Europaischen Datenschutz-Grundverordnung (DS-GVO), wie er am 15. Dezember 2015 von dem sog. Trilog verabschiedet und am 17. Dezember 2015 seitens des Europaischen Parlamentes von dessen Ausschuss fur burgerliche Freiheiten, Justiz und Inneres (LIBE) gebilligt wurde. Es handelt sich nicht um den offiziellen Gesetztext; die DS-GVO soll erst im Fruhjahr formal vom Parlament beschlossen werden und es ist zu hoffen, dass u.a. die Nummerierung noch uberarbeitet wird. Den hier abgedruckten Entwurfstext koennen Sie auch legal und kostenlos im Internet beziehen. Der Einzige Vorteil dieser Ausgabe ist, dass Sie den Entwurfstext gedruckt und gebunden erhalten.
