"A decent purchase for libraries serving young readers interested in sports and games.--School Library Journal ""8/2/2024"""

Author Information

Maria Le grew up in Oklahoma and now lives in New York City, where she writes and edits children's books. She loves pottery, boba tea, and Chihuahuas. Clarice Elliott is an illustrator happily represented by Ethan and Heather Long at the Tugeau 2 agency. Her art is inspired by her experience as an animator and life in Japan where she lived for over a decade. She's obsessed with the sea breeze, lavender lattes, and fully living this perfectly imperfect life.
