Served at Purdue, METU, Haliç, Başkent, EMU, Toros, SDÜ, and Aksaray. His pro practice includes ITU as chief technical advisor (1985-97) and IT&T Pvt Ltd as owner, Turkey (1997-2003). He has organized/served for committees of numerous international conferences. He has organized IEEE COMPSAC & ESAS since 2006, SIN Confs since 2007; and, IJRCS Symposiums 2008-9.
